We are educators, technologists, and aspiring software developers joining hands to create an organization that introduces the excitement of software development and the art of computer science to our bright, powerful, and talented girls.

Nicole Beaulieu

A Software Engineer, Leader, and Innovator, and currently the Vice President of Engineering at unicorn FinTech start up, Nicole is passionate about getting technology into the hands of our children. Having worked in various software engineering roles in the industry for more than two decades, Nicole is all too familiar with the gender imbalance in the field of Computer Science. For Nicole, one.two, an organization focused on engaging girls in the art of development and the field of computer science, is a long time dream come true.

Maia Beaulieu

The mathematically and technically inclined daughter of a Software Engineer, Maia has been counting from zero since preschool. With the accelerated curriculum of the Gifted and Talented program offered through the public school system, Maia has outpaced most college students at math and completed the the high school CS series, the entire engineering math track for a BS in Engineering before her Senior year in High School. Understanding that not all girls have access to CS and STEM, Maia brings her excitement about technology and her love of mentoring younger kids to our organization.

Krista Miller

Krista is a Software Engineer at unicorn FinTech start up. She was deterred from Computer Science during her undergraduate studies by the gender imbalance in the field. However, her passion for and understanding of the software development lifecycle has led her to pursue an MS in Computer Science at the University of Nevada, Reno. Krista's professional background and passion for developing quality software are invaluable to the mentorship offered by one.two.

Rachel Miller

Rachel is a passionate educator with a Bachelor's in Elementary and Special Education and an MS in STEM Education. She motivates the kids in her classroom through experimentation and the application of science and math to lessons and real-life scenarios. Rachel's experience in the classroom and enthusiasm for teaching are cornerstones of the one.two organization and the opportunity it brings to our community's girls.
